How LondonNextMonth collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information London Next Month LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("LondonNextMonth," "we," "us," or "our"), collects when you use our website, giveaway quiz, and member tools (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Giveaway entries. When you submit an entry, we collect your email address, number of travelers, selected travel month, and optional discount-email preference. We store these with the campaign and departure-airport context, entry date and status, required acknowledgments of the Official Rules and Facebook release, and the wording and time of any optional email consent. The current quiz does not ask for your name, payment details, passport, or loyalty-account credentials.
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication details needed to sign you in. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us.
- Trip details. The departure airport, travel dates, and number of travelers you give at checkout or in a flight-plan request, the flight plan we prepare for you, and the itineraries you build. If you ask to be emailed about travel dates past our booking window, we collect your email address, travel month, departure airport, and number of travelers.
- Onboarding answers. Whether everyone traveling has a US passport, any other passport-issuing countries you tell us about, whether you have a UK ETA (the electronic travel authorization the UK requires), the airline and credit card points programs you use and any balances you choose to share, and how many travelers qualify for senior, student, young-person, or child ticket prices. We use these to prepare your plan and your savings estimates. We never ask for loyalty-account passwords or passport numbers.
- Profile and content you provide. Settings you choose and any travel plans, notes, or preferences you save in the Service.
- Billing information. When you purchase access, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep a limited billing record such as your Stripe customer identifier, purchase date, and access status.
- Technical and usage data. Basic information such as log data and device/browser details that are generated when you use a web application, used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your account.
- Process your purchase and manage your access to paid features.
- Send you account, security, and transactional messages (for example, sign-up confirmation and password reset).
- Respond to your support requests.
- Administer the giveaway, review eligibility and duplicate entries, contact winners, and provide prizes.
- Send entry confirmations, giveaway updates, and related thank-you training.
- Send the optional one-time discount offer only as described in your chosen email preference.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Giveaway emails and your choices
Submitting an entry lets us contact you about the giveaway, including confirmation, drawing results, and prize fulfillment. These messages do not require a marketing subscription.
The separate, unchecked optional box permits one email with a 50% LondonNextMonth discount offer if you do not win. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your entry or chances of winning. It does not subscribe you to an ongoing newsletter. You can withdraw this permission by emailing support@londonnextmonth.com or using an unsubscribe link included in a promotional email. Withdrawing permission for the offer does not cancel your giveaway entry.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to run the Service. They process information only as needed to perform services for us:
- Google: sign-in with your Google account, if you choose it.
- Supabase: authentication, database, and secure file storage for your account and saved content.
- Vercel: application hosting and delivery, and Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies. It records the page address (with private links and most link details removed), the referring site, your country, and your device, operating system and browser type. It does not identify you or follow you across other websites.
- Stripe: payment processing and receipts. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how it handles payment data.
- Resend: delivery of transactional emails.
- Brevo: giveaway confirmation delivery and contact management for the optional offer. Our giveaway integration sends Brevo your email address; it does not send your travel answers or rules acknowledgments. Those records are stored in our Supabase database.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. These are required for the Service to function.
We use Meta advertising measurement unless you opt out by choosing "Decline" on our tracking notice. Unless you opt out, Meta Pixel receives visits to our public marketing pages, and Pixel and the Conversions API report a successfully saved giveaway entry or savings request as a Lead. If you buy a membership, our server also reports when you start checkout and when your purchase is complete, including the amount paid. For matching, our server sends Meta a SHA-256 hashed version of your normalized email address, a SHA-256 hashed identifier derived from it so Meta can connect your own events, a hashed country code (United States), your browser's user agent, your IP address when available, and Facebook browser/click identifiers when available. To report a purchase after payment, we save your tracking choice and these browser details with your checkout at Stripe, our payment processor. Hashing obscures your email but does not make it anonymous; Meta can use it to match the event to an account. We also send the event time, an event identifier, and the page address. We do not send your traveler count, travel dates, quiz answers, card or bank details, or discount-email preference to Meta. These tools help measure advertising and improve ad delivery.
Your tracking choice is separate from the optional discount-email permission and never changes your entry or chances of winning. We save it in this browser using local storage and a first-party cookie. The cookie lasts up to six months and is refreshed on return visits; local storage remains until changed or cleared. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping this tracking off. Opting out cannot recall events already delivered to Meta; you can also manage activity in Meta's privacy controls. To reset your choice, clear this site's cookies and local storage; the notice will appear again on your next visit, and you may be signed out. Meta handles data under its Privacy Policy.
Other websites and embedded videos
If you follow an external link or load an embedded training video, the destination or video provider may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. Facebook and other external platforms handle information collected on their services under their own policies. You submit your giveaway entry to London Next Month LLC.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@londonnextmonth.com. Some records, such as those required for tax or payment compliance, may be retained as required by law.
Giveaway records are retained as needed to administer and document the promotion, deliver prizes, prevent duplicate entries, honor email preferences, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of entry data using the same contact address; you do not need a member account. Deleting an entry before the drawing or prize fulfillment may prevent us from including you or delivering a prize. We may retain limited consent, suppression, or compliance records where needed to honor your choices or meet legal obligations.
For consented conversion reporting, a private delivery queue temporarily stores the hashed email, available technical identifiers, event details, and consent-notice version. Queued events are deleted after successful delivery, or at the next scheduled cleanup once they are more than 24 hours old. We do not put the CAPI access token or your plaintext email in that queue.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@londonnextmonth.com.
Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Giveaway entrants must have reached the age of majority where they live and meet the Official Rules. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a new use to information already collected.
