Refund Policy

Double-savings guarantee

We promise that the savings in your plan will be at least double our fee. You don't need to do anything to claim this; we check it for every plan.

• When we prepare your plan, KB searches Google Flights in a private browsing window for the round-trip business-class cash fare for your travel dates and party: the best available lie-flat fare, nonstop where a nonstop is available. We keep a screenshot of that fare.
• Your savings are that cash fare minus the out-of-pocket cost of the booking in your plan: any points you buy, plus taxes and fees.
• If your savings are less than double the LondonNextMonth fee, we refund the fee in full ourselves, without you having to ask. You keep your lifetime access.

If we cannot provide your plan

If KB cannot provide the personalized video and written report for the trip details you submitted, we refund the LondonNextMonth fee in full, and your lifetime access ends.

Other refunds

Due to the service- and information-based nature of this business, and because your plan is prepared for you personally and delivered within 24 hours of completing your onboarding, purchases are otherwise non-refundable.

Refunds cover only the LondonNextMonth fee. They do not reimburse points, airfare, taxes, fees, or other third-party purchases. You remain responsible for every purchase made in your accounts.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Questions about a charge? Email support@londonnextmonth.com from the address on your account.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first; we are happy to help. Filing a chargeback instead may result in your access being paused while the dispute is reviewed.
