What the Service is (and is not)

LondonNextMonth provides a personalized plan for booking outbound and return business-class flights to London with points for up to 2 travelers, plus lifetime access to our member tools, destination guidance, and calculators. Your plan is a trip-specific video and matching written report in your member area, prepared for trip dates inside the booking window shown at checkout, and is normally delivered within 24 hours after you complete the short member onboarding questions that follow purchase. Entering the giveaway does not create a paid order or start that delivery period.

The Service is not:

• a travel agency, and it does not access your accounts or book, sell, or ticket flights on your behalf;
• a guarantee that any award seat, price, mileage rate, fee, or transfer bonus will be available; and
• financial, tax, or legal advice.

Award availability, pricing, fees, taxes, surcharges, and transfer-partner behavior change constantly and are controlled by airlines and loyalty programs, not by us. You are responsible for verifying all details directly with the relevant airline or program. You make every points and airfare purchase in your own account. Points purchases may be non-refundable, and award space can change before ticketing is complete.

Giveaway participation

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or receive a giveaway prize. A purchase or optional promotional-email opt-in does not improve your chances of winning. You do not need a paid account to enter.

The Official Rules & Eligibility shown before submission in the giveaway quiz govern the promotion, including residence and age requirements, entry limits, drawing date, winner selection and notification, and prize details. If these general Terms conflict with the Official Rules on a giveaway matter, the Official Rules control. You must provide accurate information and accept the required rules and Facebook-release acknowledgments before submitting.

The founding-membership prizes provide planning services for the winner and a guest; they do not include airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, or a paid trip. A winner's experience questionnaire is optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize or a requirement to provide positive feedback.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. The required entry acknowledgment includes a release of Facebook from responsibility and liability related to the promotion.

The optional email box permits one 50% discount-offer email if you do not win, not an ongoing marketing subscription. Information about entry data and email choices is in our Privacy Policy.

Estimates and travel decisions

Savings shown on the website or quiz are estimates based on comparison assumptions, not live fare quotes or guaranteed results. Actual costs and savings depend on dates, routes, availability, points prices, taxes, fees, and the comparable fare. Completing the quiz does not reserve a flight or lock a price.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Lifetime access and your license

Access to the Service is sold as a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the member tools for your own personal use. "Lifetime" means for the operational lifetime of the Service; it does not obligate us to operate the Service indefinitely, and it does not create a perpetual guarantee.

You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or access;
• scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the data, strategies, or content in the Service; or
• use the Service in any unlawful way or to build a competing product.

Payment and refunds

Your purchase is a one-time payment processed through Stripe. The price and what it includes are shown before checkout. Entering the giveaway does not authorize any charge.

Every plan is covered by our double-savings guarantee: if the savings in your plan are less than double our fee, we refund the fee in full on our own, and you keep your lifetime access. If we cannot provide the plan for your submitted trip, we refund the fee in full and your access ends. Otherwise, purchases are non-refundable. Both refunds cover only the LondonNextMonth fee, not points, airfare, fees, or other purchases made with third parties. The Refund Policy explains how the guarantee is measured.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, data compilations, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, we reserve all rights.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information in the Service is accurate, complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, London Next Month LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost points, miles, bookings, travel costs, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
